Delivery instructions ignored

As I was not going to be in at the scheduled delivery time I asked for delivery to be made to a neighbour. I received an email confirming the change in the delivery. The delivery driver left both packages on my doorstep. Not impressed.

Drive The Deal

I first used Drive The Deal fifteen and a half years ago when they saved me about £6000. When the time came to change my car I did not hesitate to go back to them. Did not get as good a saving this time round but I got a good deal. The service is excellent, they answered my questions, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Linda Core

I needed to arrange car insurance, to start in less than a week, and had visited all the usual comparison websites. By the time I had finished I was fed up of filling in the same details, to the point that I knew all the answers off by heart, but I had four different quotes. I always intended to ring Wesleyan last so contacted them and spoke to Linda Core. She took me through all the questions and, if I had any questions, explained everything in detail. She was very patient and very professional. The quote I got was very good so I did not hesitate in accepting it. I have used Wesleyan for car insurance before and my house insurance is arranged through them. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and a big thank you to Linda for helping me.

Christmas dinner for two

Christmas dinner for two, a veritable feast. No pudding, no problem we did not have room! Will certainly order again next year. Well done Cook, another winner and looking forward to your Beef Wellington for Boxing Day dinner.

Missed delivery slot.

Delivery scheduled for 12:30 to 13:30 on Monday. Received email, in the afternoon, to say driver running late but delivery would still be made. 20:30 received message to say delivery would be between 20:00 and 21:00. Five minutes later received email to say delivery would not be made.
Email received on Tuesday morning to say delivery would be between 12:30 and 13:30 and it duly arrived on time.
Monday's debacle a major inconvenience so not impressed!

Superb service

Ordered a spare part on Saturday, delivery was estimated for Tuesday and it was delivered on time. I was kept up to date by both The Shower Doctor and the delivery firm. Excellent service which is very hard to find in this day and age, well done The Shower Doctor.

Works well but so noisy!

The dehumidifier seems to work quite well at removing moisture, the water container needs emptying every couple of days on average. The downside is the machine is so noisy compared with our old Ebac Homedry 870 and that was 25 years old before it died. I keep thinking there is a helicopter flying low over the house because of the low frequency drumming noise it makes.

No new machine should be noiser than an old one so I would suggest that you call our Customer Services Team on 0345 805 0000 and they can determine if there may be a problem with the machine you have.
