Missed delivery slot.

Delivery scheduled for 12:30 to 13:30 on Monday. Received email, in the afternoon, to say driver running late but delivery would still be made. 20:30 received message to say delivery would be between 20:00 and 21:00. Five minutes later received email to say delivery would not be made.
Email received on Tuesday morning to say delivery would be between 12:30 and 13:30 and it duly arrived on time.
Monday's debacle a major inconvenience so not impressed!
