we have booked several holidays with Inntravel over 20 years or so and our recent one showed that Inntravel is still a good company to use for a self guided walking holiday. Pre booking queries are responded to quickly and you feel that the company really knows the hotels and areas well and can be relied upon to ensure the holiday runs smoothly. We even had a message mid holiday to notify us of an issue arising on one of the suggested " gentle"walks.
The Hotel La Perla in Ortisei was excellent , with good food, a spacious comfortable bedroom, well thought out bathroom, very helpful reception staff and immaculately clean.It was also so lovely to find a paper " daily info sheet" on our breakfast table.

Have used headphones once....seem to work well.Bought for an online course using Microsoft Teams, but that won't start until September!

After many years use, my previous Kobo malfunctioned and became less and less responsive. I ordered a new basic model , which arrived just a few days afterwards. I really like the new textured back and the orange colour for reading at bedtime.....reducing exposure to blue light.
The new one also has the capacity to be repaired, which makes me very happy.
I choose Kobo because iI can download e books onto it via Adobe Reader from my local library, as well as purchasing books from Kobo online. I can also, apparently, listen to audio books on it, but have yet to try this!

My cousin said the flowers arrived looking fresh, in bud, her description matched that on the website.She sounded delighted with them. I was pleased to get messages from yourselves confirming they were out for delivery and also that they had been delivered.I will be happy to use Serenata again!

I have found Giff Gaff to be excellent. Communications are clearly written, clear and timely notifications of expiry of " goodybags" , how much usage you've had etc. The charges are very reasonable compared to other companies and best of all you are NOT constantly being pressured to change to a more expensive plan etc. Keep up the good work, GiffGaff!!

Click and collect order. Info received promptly after ordering and order available and correct in store when I arrived to pick it up.
