Start to finish the experience was exceptional. Package arrived, was received and shipped out the same day. Setting up the address was also super easy.

Their user experience is terrible. The platform is super confusing to use, even after 3 months of use I still have no idea where some things can be found. The course I am taking is by google and so it is good, but the platform is terrible.

If you can, avoid coursera at all costs. Midway through completing my course I had to verify my ID but the platform did not work at all, and I couldn't continue.

Regardless of internet speeds, their service does not function. Do not waste your money, they won't refund it.
