Their user experience is terrible. The platform is super confusing to use, even after 3 months of use I still have no idea where some things can be found. The course I am taking is by google and so it is good, but the platform is terrible.

If you can, avoid coursera at all costs. Midway through completing my course I had to verify my ID but the platform did not work at all, and I couldn't continue.
