Foreign Currency Denominations

Ordered €1900 online through branch collection.
When it arrived €1750 of the total was in €50 notes ie 92%. The remainder was made up of 6 x €20, 6 x €5 and no 10's. I emailed PO and they passed the complaint on to their agents "First Rate". They told me that the system was automatic, and I could only send the money back and they would provide a refund within 7 working days. I asked if they could send (say) €500 of 20's, 10's and 5's to the branch and I would go in and exchange them. First Rate told me they didn't deal with branch "float"and that I should talk to PO about that. Contacted PO again and was told they couldn't offer such a service.

OK, I got a slightly better rate at PO but won't be using them again.

Still no coconut!!!

I wrote a review dated 6/6/24 titled "Good but no coconut" and sent it on 7/7/24. I gave that review 3 stars. I received a reply from "Cory" a few hours later. Very efficient! I was asked to contact them with more information. Unfortunately they asked me to respond by using either X or Facebook. I use neither of these products. If you want me to reply, please provide me with an email address to respond.

Good but no coconut!!!

It's good that you're monitoring my account balance, and advising me to reduce my DD. However the email advised me to reduce it to £46.67 but my app said £52.00. Sounds like a case of "left hand - right hand "

Continued Exellence

Once again we cannot fault the service provided by JET2. Staff at both the airports (check-in and boarding) were both friendly and helpful. Even though we were on the planes leased from Air Tanker there was no drop in the service and friendly staff. Many thanks for making the start and end of our holiday as pleasant as flying can be.

Once again, great experience travelling with Jet2. Flights out and back on new A321NEO were great. Staff, as always, were pleasant and efficient. We were even sent SMS messages to inform us,and apologise for, a short delay to our return flight. Well done.

Wonderful Team

Excellent service. From the first moment we entered the Warrington shop we realised that they knew what they were talking about. We had rough dimensions of the 4 worktops we needed and Phil was able to advise us on how best to get the cuts required from the sizes available. Once we gave them the exact measurements the order was passed to their design team,who sent us diagrams of the cuts and sizes. When I had confirmed that the figures were as I requested the team fabricated and dispatched the items. Finally the items arrived, at the appointed time, by 2 gents who were happy to put the pieces were I wanted them.

Excellent Service

Many thanks to the "UNLOCK" team for the service they provided. I tried the code they sent to me but, at first, it didn't work. This was my fault because I tried the 1111, 1234 etc guesses before contacting them. This meant that I had "time locked" the phone. But I followed their excellent instructions, waited 24 hours, tried it again and it is now opened.

I would recommend/use them again.
