Had never tried a mail order optician…

Had never tried a mail order optician before so had my reservations but iwas pleasantly surprised when the whole process from start to finish amounted to about 9 days once they had received my prescription and when I tried them on I was so pleased that I could see perfectly and with the added advantage of transitions lenses I’m more than happy to recommend this service to anyone well done and top marks to everyone at glasses direct

Terrible company to deal with as you…

Terrible company to deal with as you never get to speak to anyone when you have a query you only get to ask the questions they set not your own and the automated system only tells you what is written on the tracking system which doesn’t get updated of a weekend I have yet to receive a parcel on the arranged date and time unfortunately the companies I use use them which can’t be good practice so I’m a bit annoyed as the latest escapade leaves my son without a birthday present thanks Hermes 07946126786

They then offered to refund the difference which fell £6short of being correct they gave me £12 instead of £18so I will not be using machine mart for anything I require and I would urge anyone else to check the details and availability for there purchase before parting with any money as they maybe treated as badly as I was and once they think they have done enough you then lose communication with the people dealing with the situation by your emails not being replied to
