i've used a few of these, and this one (UK to Aust) is easy to set up, and easy to use... with many options.

The only point i worried about was that they seem to be heavily reliant on the name you use in the account to be the same as the name on the incoming local uk parcel parcel. This is all very jolly in theory, but the company sending the parcel in UK, simply altered my name without asking... eg Martin to M. But i asked about this, immediate reply, immediate fix... In this age of useless moron AI chatbots or days of waiting on message-replies from India, this is most important... Help lines are often not much help these days.

Yes indeed, I will use it again. and the cost was very reasonable... I chose super-express (DHL etc) this time, and it was only 55 quid, barely more than it would have cost me if I'd done it

sells "gift cards" where you get twice the value, ie buy 40 get 80. Of course it is a TOTAL SCAM. Even more annoying is the time you waste trying to get it to work on their glossy site... It simply wastes your time inputting your long numbers and giving you balances, but never gives you any tickets. Hopefully I can save 50 aussies from wasting their money. Complete and utter scam. Have nothing to do with them. Buy from proper site only and you will have no trouble... if it looks to good to be true, it is.

Now that I've found you, we'll be back. Easy to order, Sent exactly what I ordered with no substitutions, ie correct exact product with correct number colour (this sounds obvious, but others don't always). I used Shop-pay which is convenient. Fast Fedex , arrived quickly direct from Japan. I'd rather pay the extra freight and get it sorted fast. Thanks. Wife very happy, which is good for me!!

I like using trip.com The main reason is their REAL help service. You can get hold of someone who ACTUALLY FIXES the problem... too many other online purveyors and go-betweens either have no followup at all or they are absolutely useless and have zero powers to actually do anything other than mealymouthed platitudes. or irritating chats... or worse - emails. Not so with trip.com. I have had three occasions just this year 2021 alone, never mind in the past, to use the help service. This is where I get to talk to a real person 24/7 and they REALLY FIX THE ISSUE!!!! And the last one was them ringing me... clarifying a baggage inconsistency on my booking (one leg was 15kg, the other leg zero kg ??). Sylvia advised it had been fixed so that both were 15kg. Thanks !! I was going to ask about it later, but they rang me a week later !!

Excellent... don't lose it trip.com... this sort odf service is from the 80's and it's GREAT!!!
