Lost Parcel, No Customer Support – Avoid for Business Use

I sent a parcel with Evri on 20 September for an Etsy customer. Weeks later, the package is still missing, and Evri cannot locate it. My customer has been waiting all this time, and now my reputation as a seller is at risk.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer service. There is no way to speak to a real person—no phone support, no proper resolution. For a business that relies on timely and reliable delivery, this is unacceptable.
If you are a seller or small business, I strongly advise against using Evri. A lost parcel is bad enough, but being left without any support to resolve the issue is even worse.

Paying £200 for Terea and waiting 5…

Paying £200 for Terea and waiting 5 days to be delivered is not what I was expecting. Very bad service, don't trust the next-day delivery.

I waited 10 days for the delivery of goods. If you have to finish a project, my advice is to find a more serious supplier. On the other hand, they have very good quality products.

Suspended shop account closed for no reasons

Just within one day after creating my shop and paying the £11 fee I got suspended for reasons they not explained. First day got 4 scam messages from scammers. I had the feeling Etsyprobably wants to eliminate competition in favour of other shops. Terrible experience feeling sorry I've spent my time to fill up them form's to activate account and ONE star is way too much for Etsy. It will be great if we could give ZERO STARS OR MINUS STARS for this kind of sites.

Pacifica was booked after an issue with…

Pacifica was booked after an issue with the oven, on 17th December. They cancelled because of engineer sickness, and reschedule for 29th December. They have not shown up again for other invented reasons and left us in incapacity to use and prepare the food for the New Year. This company is worthless and useless you cannot trust them and rely on them as we did booked before for other issues and waiting for months to be sorted. Unfortunately is not less than a star for this company I'll happily give them a ZERO STARS.

These dealers sell cars with hidden…

These dealers sell cars with hidden problems. I bought a Mercedes S class for £32,000 and found out that it has steering problems. It is now costing me around £5000 to fix this car problem. I think they should be responsible for what they sell, and not hide the problems of the cars sold. BEWARE and do not use these dealers who, when I went to ask them for an answer, were rude and nervous that I came to them. For that, one star is too much for them, but unfortunately, there is no lower qualification. The invoice I have presented to the dealer is from the Mercedes-Benz branch which is covered all over the world and was the issue the vehicle already had but hidden by the dealer. They even asked for £80 to fill the air-con but in the end, eventually changed their mind.

Thanks for coming today at our dealership you told us you drove the car to ROMANIA from LONDON we explained you properly you showed us invoice from ROMANIA 🇷🇴 carried out brake pads and disc
We could barely understand because it was in Romanian language. You mentioned invoice is for brakes and tracking. Firstly we explained you our warranty does not cover other country or overseas invoices
Secondly brakes & tyres are considered to wear and tear items we cannot cover these items under warranty
You came to us months ago for AIR CON Gas and told us car drives lovely even though our warranty only covers engine and gear box components but as good will gesture we carried out that job for free and did not charge you because we always look-after our customers

I've ordered some shirts and trousers…

I've ordered some shirts and trousers from this co. I've paid approx. £300 including special delivery for £35. The package comes after 10 days and surprise have to pay an extra £101 in taxes. I can not get a refund due to the co. policy and only partially refund of VAT!! Highly do not recommend using this co. and if I could give 0* I would. They are lucky to receive the minimum 1* which is too much for them.

Football boots

They accepted the order and after 10 days they realized the boots are not in stock. My kiddo is playing football for a local team and we just waste our time waiting for this product without knowing anything from the seller. One star is way too much for this seller, and I'm recommended to avoid paying them and making them rich.

Bad experience

Bad experience. Driver didn't come to the address and he cancel the trip. Amazing Uber charge me for cancellation!!!
One star is too much for this guys and for future rather walk then getting Uber.

I've bought 3 Lateral Flow Test

I've bought 3 Lateral Flow Test. Excalibur app doesn't work properly and could validate only 2 test after several tries. Last test no way to get through (my wife's test) and lost my tickets.
I have called them but they're not going to help. I am considering One star is way too much for them and I will advise to avoid Excalibur tests.
