Lost Parcel, No Customer Support – Avoid for Business Use
I sent a parcel with Evri on 20 September for an Etsy customer. Weeks later, the package is still missing, and Evri cannot locate it. My customer has been waiting all this time, and now my reputation as a seller is at risk.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer service. There is no way to speak to a real person—no phone support, no proper resolution. For a business that relies on timely and reliable delivery, this is unacceptable.
If you are a seller or small business, I strongly advise against using Evri. A lost parcel is bad enough, but being left without any support to resolve the issue is even worse.
