Dean and his apprentice were friendly

A excellent job well done, looks better than before! Dean and his apprentice were friendly, professional, efficient and tidy but most importantly the repairs to the deep scratches on the car were excellent. In fact, two separate people walking by in the road were so impressed with his handiwork they took his details from the van. A faultless, seamless and convenient service from Dean and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Very smooth, quick and professional service

Jake was very patient and professional in explaining how best to proceed the insurance claim to maximise the best outcome for me and for his client. He made sure I had ample time to ask questions regarding timeframes, photos and the repair process. He called me to give any updates and the claim was settled within three days. He is first class! I would highly recommend them, as Jake made the process as stress free as possible.

The team dealing with my Storm damage…

The team dealing with my Storm damage claim were efficient, responsive and helpful. As with all insurance claims they made me aware of terms and conditions that needed to be met. I provided photos, a report and costs and they quickly established the claim met the threshold and paid out promptly.
Excellent service and special thanks to Leigh and Ali for keeping me informed of the progress and outcome of my claim.

The parts were never received and…

The company has now issued a full refund after I posted the message below and also further webchat calls.

The parts were never received and eSpares have refused to contact me to resolve the issue. They have no contact number and hide behind webchat. No managers appear interested. Exceptionally poor service.

I am sorry to hear your order did not arrive as expected.

Unfortunately we do not have our own courier service, therefore rely on third party delivery companies to deliver parcels to our customers when expected. If there is a delay to the delivery of any items we will however do whatever we can to put it right for the customer.

A full refund has now been issued. In addition to this we have also passed your comments on to DPD.
