Je recommande!
Globablement Très satisfait de ma colaboration avec Pretto. Démarche et suivi du dossier simples et clairs. Des conseillers disponibles, à l’écoute et efficaces. Une plateforme d’échange des documents très pratique. Tout à pu être fait à distance (très pratique compte tenu des restrictions sanitaires, ou lorsque vous résidez à l’etranger). Seuls petits bémoles qui m’empêche de mettre 5 étoiles: le temps de réaction et proposition de rdv suite à ma prise de contact (1 semaine); ainsi que le taux finalement obtenu qui était légerement supérieur à la fourchette indiqué lors de la simulation (1,55 pour une fourchette éstimée entre 1,40 et 1,50).
Je recommande cependant grandement à quiconque recherche l’optention d’un prêt immobilier, en particulier pour les non résidents comme moi.
