We started Three Times. Internet Connection was Bad, not from my side. Not really a good experience for a Person with only one arm.

Hard to use , no clear instruction how to switch from EToro to this apps, I been trying more than 10 times before to finally verified , and loss chance to invest and sell my crypto

Terrible software (backend and app). Took over 15 tries to capture an image and validate. Bad image analysis and useless guidance messages. There are much better solutions than this

First try wasn‘t possible, second try was fast and without Problems. The Person doing the ID was Professional but could have been more friendly

I tried yesterday to prove my identity 8 times and didn’t go. This lady was the first one who was polite and did this control with respect and understanding.

The staff member was very polite and took kindly care of my request. The process went very quick and was performed highly professional.

Its very quick, easy and uncomplicated. The Service is Perfect. You can choose Language and Trust for Understanding.

I need to figure out which of the phone numbers is as flag icon do not have audio somethimes and are not good usable.

The guy was Police, but there was somebody in the background Talking and the microphone was making Strange noices .

The process takes just a few minutes and was clear and easy. The only issue I had was that the App has been crashed during the first try. But after I restarted the App everything was still fine.

On the first day I called, I was rejected twice because I do not speak German. So I reduce 1star. On the next day, the lady spoke English and everything was smooth. Thank you very much.

After a first trial from the laptop, which didn’t work too well because of my camera, using a smartphone proved to work brilliantly

App did work on my android phone but did on iOS. On android they couldn’t hear my voice. Otherwise process went smoothly
