Utterly maddening
Delivery slot updated in the morning for the afternoon, so planned to stay home to make sure I was available. Wife was also at home all day in front room which overlooks the door. Delivery window came and went. Sought to contact Evri yet no phone number, only automated Web chat to raise incidents, so I did. Their advice is to wait 7 days from Delivery window and then refer back to retailer to investigate whereabouts of goods they are handling. Some time, 2 hours after delivery window into early evening the delivery address was updated by someone other than me to another house on my street, many doors away and someone I do not know. Then around 10pm my parcel status was updated that they had been but I was out, and they'd retry the next day. False expectations, background tinkering with my delivery info, and dishonesty. This situation is maddening.
