There are a number of factors that could result in our estimations for your bills not being a true reflection of your usage, the most likely is that we're estimating based on historical usage for the property, that has changed since you've moved in.

If you've been there for a considerable time, and been with a different supplier before us, then we may have some incorrect starting readings that are resulting in high bills, even when we've received accurate readings from yourself.
