Fantastic customer service and…

Fantastic customer service and brilliant product. Had issues with delivery (Evri) and customer service team responded to emails quickly and sent out a new parcel promptly which arrived sooner than advised. The items are lovely and finish our room

Awful service once aligners received

Awful service once aligners received. After paying nearly £2,500 upon receipt you have to book appointment at clinic prior to using 1st one.

Tried booking and next and only slot is 4 weeks away. Called them up and cant offer any other dates unless we ring every day waiting for a cancellation. Yet I’m able to book in tomorrow if i was a new client and see the dentist who we need to see to fit them. It’s all about taking your money upfront and once you have paid they aren't bothered.

Customer service don't get back to emails. Sales person sold it on the day that we open late 2 nights a week and open Saturday's but theres no point when you cant get an appointment.

They don't open slots until middle of the month for the next month - i tried 4/5 days after this for April and offered 1 slot so not sure theres much hope going forward

Good quality items and customer service fantastic

My wife ordered 2 items on the 2 for 1 offer and was over the moon with the quality so much so she wanted some more for her birthday. I also ordered on the 2 for 1 offer but unfortunately the items were too big so instigated a refund. They responded very quickly to the email and advised how to return. I ordered some more items that arrived today and wife is over the moon. Quality of items are good and customer service is fantastic

Delivered to wrong store 8 miles away which is a hour round trip journey and no offering to assist getting them to correct store

Booked and paid additional money to…

Booked and paid additional money to upgrade our room to a pool view. Upon arriving this wasn’t the case and spoke to the hotels customer service who greeted us upon arrival and said any issues to contact them. So that’s what we did and managed to change room although we’re not given a pool view still. We were told by the hotel manager there was no pool rooms available so we took the room and waited until we got home to speak to TUI as not to impact our honeymoon further. Now being told we are not due a refund on our upgrade as we didn’t speak to the TUI rep who was only seen once and he was just selling excursions. Nada at customer support didn’t help, phone line she called on was shocking and could bearly hear her and kept going quiet so had to ask numerous times where she was.

Quality from start to finish

We had Charlie and his team fit shutters to our bay window. We are over the moon with the results. We will definitely be having them back to complete the rest of the house in due course. Price is very reasonable but the quality of the shutters and fitting is superb. Would recommend to anyone looking for shutters.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. My partner ordered a calming bed without seeing reviews. Turned up reasonably quick despite coming from China but we ordered a beige bed and received a bright orange one. We have been offered £2 compensation for their error. I now have to redecorate my living room orange so the bed matches.

Been waiting 3 weeks for skip to be…

Been waiting 3 weeks for skip to be collected.

No one answers the phone and landline doesn't even ring. One time I spoke to someone they said would be collected by end of the week which hasn't happened. My builder who organized the skip has 3 other skips he cant get collected. Was told on the phone they had a few breakdowns but unsure how this affects ability to pick up the phone.

Fantastic service throughout the whole…

Fantastic service throughout the whole process. Got vast number of people through the door in one day (14 I believe) and sold a few days later to one of them after multiple offers. Georgia then gave updates as and when which then become a daily update after we encountered issues near the end. Would highly recommend.
