Booked Alamo who use Locauto at Bari Airport through Zest in UK. Locauto staff friendly and all went smoothly. Car had 3k on clock and we had no problems. Returned at 5.30am and put key in drop box. Car pick up point is 5 minute walk from airport terminal. Would use again.

Our car hire with Alamo (Locauto locally) at Bari Airport, Italy went very smoothly.  We had Zest extra cover and there was no hard sell to buy any additional cover. Car had only 3000 km on clock and was fine for getting around Puglia. Early morning return was straightforward with key in drop off box at Locauto arrivals area

Fairly straightforward process online though listing medical conditions could be simplified. Multi trip price ok but as others mention how reliable a travel insurer is, is how well their underwriters respond to a genuine claim.

All very straightforward. Didn't have long to wait for bus at either end.

But why are you seemingly doing away with Plane Parking? Why is there no bus available from other Edinburgh Airport car parks. All very well asking people to walk 12 minutes but at 1am in the middle of winter that is plain unreasonable. Also not everyone is healthy enough to walk that distance.

We ordered garden furniture which came in impressivly fast time. Look good but will reserve judgement until a full summer of use. One annoying feature was the day after placing the order we received an email saying its another £50 for delivery to Central Scotland - no mention on order form. I can understand it for the islands but not the well connected mainland Scotland.

The process of taking out travel insurance was straightforward, however how good a policy really is, can only be known when a reasonable and legitimate claim is made. So many insurers wriggle and squirm to avoid payment. I trust LV is not one of them?

Having changed tariff with EDF my website stopped functioning properly not showing any transactions for the last 10 months. The person - Angharad who dealt with my query was excellent in getting the problem sorted and can't be faulted. However the original problem was of EDFs making with my Web page being screwed up.

Thanks to the reviews below giving one star I will avoid Travel insurance companies who use Global Response as their claims company.

Always enjoy working out at Edinburgh West Pure Gym twice a week. Friendly staff. Particularly like reasonable monthly payment for limited hours during day and that I can cancel at a months notice.

The security lights were delivered very quickly. They were easy to erect and so far have been excellent for lighting.

I rarely have a positive view on many of the UK's banks but was pleasantly surprised dealing with the Santander fraud team. I wanted to query the possible illegal withdrawal of a small amount from my account. After the preliminary auto questions my call was answered by a human in under a minute. I was referred in a different dept. and within two minutes talking to someone who sorted out my problem. So credit where its due!

The process of buying a car policy with AA was very straightforward. However I will reserve judgement until I have to make a claim. That is when I will find just how good or bad their car insurance is.

I ordered a Samsung A13. Delivery went without a hitch. Annoyingly Samsung only supply a cable with C type USB on both ends though, i guess that is not the fault of the supplier. Of course the test of how good a supplier really is, is how they respond when a customer has a problem.

I got a reasonable quote from Tesco Travel Insurance but then found it was underwritten by AXA. The Trustpilot reviews for AXA travel insurance plus a report recently on BBC Rip Off Britain about AXA poor treatment of a legitimate case have persuaded me to get travel insurance elsewhere.

I recently renewed my Staysure annual policy. Online it was all very straight forward and price competitive compared with other companies. Cheaper does not necessarily represent the best cover.
I never made any claims on the past year. The reason I can give only 3 stars is that you do not know how good an insurance policy really is until you make a claim. Unfortunately, some travel insurers have the reputation of wriggling and squirming to avoid paying. One would like to think that Staysure are a company of integrity for (genuine) claims.
However Trustpilot's Staysure 1 and 2 star reviews do give cause for concern.

I have used this company a few times and always had excellent quick delivery. The drugs involved always do what they are meant to do. My only grumble and stops me giving 5 stars was for the most recent delivery the small carton containing the drugs came in a large cardboard box. Not environmentally friendly Would still use again however.

Good to be back after a 2 year absence due to injury and Covid.

Form to order was straight forward. Code for plf came by return email. PCR tests waiting when we arrived home. Test results by email in 48hrs. Though Nationwide Path. PCR cost of £40 is more reasonable than many companies the cost is still way too high.
