Review of Gardening Express
I ordered a patio tree and 2 small outdoor plants. The small japonicas were a bit battered but perked right up when I got them in the ground. The patio tree looked quite crispy, I gave it a good soak and then got it in a pot with fresh soil, and kept it well watered and within a week, it's completely dead. The tree is no longer available for sale on their website - perhaps a defective stock or poor storage...
Which fine, these things happen, but in order to issue a refund you have to return the dead plant at your own expense. I sent photos, it's clearly the same plant, and this is incredibly poor customer service. Never again...

Very reliable service. We’ve used for visiting family and for when we went away for Christmas. Parcels were delivered quickly, instructions were clear, and response times were super fast.
The regulations changed before we travelled, and the support team offered a refund for the tests we were unable to use.
