Sent DYING plant, want me to pay to send them DEAD plant
I ordered a patio tree and 2 small outdoor plants. The small japonicas were a bit battered but perked right up when I got them in the ground. The patio tree looked quite crispy, I gave it a good soak and then got it in a pot with fresh soil, and kept it well watered and within a week, it's completely dead. The tree is no longer available for sale on their website - perhaps a defective stock or poor storage...
Which fine, these things happen, but in order to issue a refund you have to return the dead plant at your own expense. I sent photos, it's clearly the same plant, and this is incredibly poor customer service. Never again...
