good quality and looks lovely

Flooring is good quality and looks lovely. The delivery date given in the order confirmation email came and went and I had to phone up to sort a new date, however this was adhered to and the delivery was good. Over all very happy with this purchase.

Rip Off

Son bought us a voucher for a meal for 2 at Stonegate pubs. Only 2 of the 10 Stonegate pubs in our area participated in the scheme and when we booked we were restricted to between 5 and 6 pm. On top of that when we arrived we were told we couldn't choose from the normal menu and we're shown a restricted list of 6 mains and 3 desserts. We ended up having fish and chips which was quite a small portion and ice cream for after, again a very small portion. We could have had more choice and proper portions if we had paid directly to the pub, and it would have been considerably cheaper as well. Buyagift is an absolute rip off.

Part missing but sorted now

Boxes contained 3 'right hand' parts and only 1 'left hand' part instead of 2 of each, so made it impossible to fully build the shed. After a little back and forth Keter supplied the part required and I was able to complete the build, albeit over a week after starting it. Happy with the shed but a little improvement in quality control at the packing stage wouldn't go amiss
