I have deposited 40BNB approximately £7000 into swissborg from Binance , this deposit surpassed my ‘€50,000’ deposit limit and I am being asked to provide documents and statements to prove the origin of my wealth .

I have provided them with multiple LEGIT documents, bank statements , statements from Binance showing my deposits, statements from PayPal showing my last two years of business income proving my origin of funds and still getting declined !!! These documents contain my name matching with my swissborg account , my full address my business email I am not trying to hide anything ! I run a legit business and i’m a registered tax payer.

I have created multiple tickets which get closed instantly and merged into one . Customer service is absolutely shocking , why can I not speak to a actual person instead of being sent automated messages all the time ? Why is there no company phone number ?

At this point this is theft and highly illegal , my money is being held against me even though I am providing the documents they are asking for . I will not hesitate at all to take legal action on this situation as my money has been stolen from me . I have emailed and asked for help in what I am doing wrong and why my documents are being declined with no explanation why. Horrible company no phone number to contact !!!
