I had a problem with a deposit and the support solved it quickly. A quick answer which was really appreciate. I recommand.

Honestly I feel scammed. You have to buy their own coin BORG (shitcoin IMO) and they stake as part of their loyalty program (never signed up to it) it so you can't even sell it when you want. It made me loose quite a bit of money. Super expensive platform - I would avoid!!! Customer service is nice although they can't help.

I have a had a bitcoin transaction to another wallet stuck in pending from the 21st of September. Everytime I raise a request they follow up with me asking why I haven't advised on my own request.I have raised requests 1007355, 1017878, 1007355, 1003273 to name a few. No one has come back to me on the real issue and released the pending transaction. I have provided photographic proof it was me in several forms. I cannot understand this level of incompetence I can only assume they are withholding the funds on purpose at this stage. Dealing with this raising tickets and filing a complaint has taken up way too much of my time also.

I have made 2 withdrawals and now they block the account saing that i have to deposti money to reactivate account if they dont send my money i am shure that you can get in truble for this you will close your website soon and give the cusumers money back.

My withdrawal request was denied 3 times so i informed the customer service for assistance and they assured everything will be resolve I tried again after 24hours I can’t access my money clearly they don’t want to release my money .
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within 48hours ……….Don’t be afraid to seek help

SwissBorg app is one of my favourite apps for crypto investment and it's very seamless and easy to use. A lot of the cryptocurrencies are there.
What I really like - is the alpha trading vaults. You just relax in the chair and let the vault do it's job. I'm investing every time when a new deal is available. I recommend it 100%.

I had a complex verification process to go through. I got extremely rapid and friendly responses. My enquiry was moved through to the most appropriate people within minutes with almost instant human replies. Superb.

their verification system doesn't work , sends you in circles, then you raise a case, and they send you meaningless e mails then act like they've resolved it. all the while you can't access your money......

Stay away from this platform. I wanted to close my account but they still blocked 13k of my credit card. I wrote to their support to release back my money to my credit card but they responded that I need to upgrade to a different level if I want to invest that amount. I don’t want to invest; I want to close the account and get back my money.

I like the app because it’s super easy to use, even for someone like me who’s not a hardcore crypto person.
