Premium Food Intolerance - it was Wheat all along!
I have always struggled after meals and blamed it on lactose/dairy products. Sometimes I’m completely fine so it made me wonder if it was something else. My results were that I’m highly intolerant to wheat (which makes sense as cheese usually does go on a cracker, bread or pizza!) and soybeans! My vegetarian lifestyle has to change a bit towards flexitarian now as a lot of food has wheat or soy or both in it! And to think I’ve always been blaming cheese and dairy! I’ve changed my diet for a week and I’m feeling better and lighter. I’ve just sent out my allergy test so hopefully will find out soon what else I need to look out for!
