Very poor. Delivery promise from the 90s...

Probably the slowest dispatch from an online retailer. If Hawes & Curtis want to be taken seriously they need to up their operational capabilities. Total lack of comms. Very poor response when questioned on the delays.

Another disappointed customer

Another disappointed customer. Things go wrong with deliveries - it happens - but the good companies address any issues and aim to sort them. Deliveroo don't! Missing items, not refunded. A late delivery. Terrible service from all the agents at Deliveroo, they are totally uninterested in resolving customer problems, purely looking to blame the restaurant/shop. Agreed, it is the actual fault of the restaurant/shop but it is Deliveroo's job to sort that issue out, sadly they can't be bothered.

Top Service

I have now been a customer of Charles and Top555 as both a buyer and seller 5 times and on each occasion they have been a pleasure to deal with.

They sell immaculate cars, I have purchased without a viewing and it was exactly as expected and described.

I have also sold back to Top555 and found the prices they pay are very competitive and the whole process seamless.

Poor Information

Nice website, until you realise after making payment they need a load of documents. They then give no assurances as to how these documents will be used / stored and the data managed.

Equally frustrating is that they have closed their phone lines due to Covid. If they can't handle calls 18 months after Covid started then I am not sure how they manage to even open the doors to take an order.

We require documentation in accordance with The Vehicles Crime (Registration of Registration Plate Suppliers) Regulations 2008.

I can see that you did provide documentation, but the full document reference number was not visible for the logbook. If a customer fails to provide the correct documentation we cannot proceed with their order.

This was communicated but instead of providing correct documentation you requested a refund, which was processed by us within 10 minutes of the initial request.

I am sorry we could not help you this time, but the law is there for a reason. For the record our phone lines are not closed due to covid.

Very poor customer service.

A great looking website that is let down by unreliable logistics and terrible customer services. The item purchased couldn't be delivered on time due to 'unforeseen logistical delays' however they failed to actually notify me of these delays and then ignored my email asking where the item was. A real shame, their website and items look great but really poor service. It should not take over a week and two emails to get a response from someone.
