I have wasted hours and days trying to resolve the WiFi. Had 4 engineers, all the pods a new router and still doesn’t reach everywhere. They told me they did an ofcom speed test for me to ring back 30 days later and them not to have logged it. Their resolution was we’ll send another engineer and log the speed test (wasting more time with no internet). They said we can’t do anything until we’ve done that. Disregarding the fact I’ve already had engineers and logged the speed test which they failed to raise. It seems like all they do is try and drag stuff out without any resolution. Then it’s rinse and repeat when you call again. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

He’s just feedback the same solution as everyone else and disregarded the fact we’ve had 4 engineers and also requested an ofcom speed test they failed to log, meaning I have to go through all my conversations with Virgin to find the conversation- of which I’m still waiting for them to send.

Been charged twice for my bill at over a £1000 and trying to get a response from anyone on WhatsApp’s is a joke. Got one response saying it will take them 10 days to send me a cheque, but no response when I went back yesterday. Followed up today, no response. No idea if it’s been actioned and a joke it takes 10 days to just receive the cheque which I have to then clear with my bank, when they’ve charged me twice. 2/10 would not recommend

Did a really good job, was really sound and explained everything very well.

Great experience from start to finish. Tracey and Tom were really helpful talking us through the options and getting us booked in swiftly. The report was really extensive. Would highly recommend.
