When you contact the RAPPI with a complaint, the respond by stating they understand the complaint, but there is nothing they are willing to do to address the complaint. Even when you send photos, the RAPPI response does not address the issue!

The delivery time keeps going up on my food to two hours now, the food will no longer be ok to eat if it does in fact arrive and it will be in the middle of the night. No real way to report this, the chat claims to be directing me to a customer support agent but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Really poor service from Rappi
Fraud is the only way to describe my experience
So now they have this thing where they take pictures and that serves as proof of delivery. I saw the delivery driver go past my house to the next street. I though he was going to circle back. Next thing I know, I get an alert that my food was delivered and it has some picture of the side alley to a house. I called several times and he wouldn't answer. Next was the so called customer service. I offered to send a pic of the front of the house. "Wait" she said, "reviewing" she said. Next msg.; "delivery driver has attached proof of delivery. Please check at front desk or around neighbors houses." WHAT the heck? "CHAT CLOSED"

I'd give it less than one star if I could. Because it used to be great, and now it's absolutely useless. All the good restaurants are leaving. Turbo just disappeared with no explanation. Delivery times have gone up 200%. Constantly says "in store pickup only" which completely defeats the purpose of rappi. You guys must be preparing for an IPO. Destroying your app in the name of shareholder value.

This is a literal NIGHTMARE. I could not order a damn thing and kept trying and it would just idle over and over when placing the order. This is absolute TRASH if you are traveling to Colombia. I cannot describe the utter rage trying to use this app to place an order when I had no other options because the country is so dangerous you can't even walk the streets to explore. I utterly DESPISE this app. STAY AWAY FROM IT and plan ahead of time if traveling to Colombia to get your food another way
User experience is generally BAD
Customer service is AWFULL. They lie about delivery times, app is bad, experience is bad, go with uber eats instead.

I placed my order at 8:30 PM, and they kept postponing the estimated delivery time. The status now is that it’s 10:30 PM, and they have given a new estimated delivery time of 11:00 PM—an estimate I don’t trust, as it keeps getting delayed.
I also cannot cancel my order because I wouldn’t get a refund.
This is a full-on scam.

So many problems. I place orders based on food, expected delivery time, etc. Many times I have had issues with food being completely different than I ordered, completely inedible, and I might get a partial (20%) credit on an order that ends up in the trash. Today, I ordered food with a 35 minute delivery time. It arrived nearly 2 hours later. There aren't options to select this issue, so I selected "food didn't arrive". When I explained to support that I did receive it, but there wasn't a good option, they "reviewed " (they didn't) and said "you provided the code so it was delivered". I already said that. The issue was 2 hours. I asked for a supervisor. He "reviewed" again and was told again, with the standard response about providing a code. I explained again. They do nothing. They end chats without a chance to reply as I was in the middle of typing. The delivery drivers are often rude and refuse to go up the elevator to the door, as specified in delivery instructions. They often make several stops and food arrives cold.
Stores ignore preparation instructions. Stores lie on delivery times. Since Rappi doesn't give credits often or partial credits, this system continues. I tried to cancel my subscription and they refuse to credit the rest of the month, only cancel on the "renew" date. Don't waste your time and money as everyday has been an issue and everyday support does nothing or very little.
Driver stole product
Driver stole product. Rappi customer service does not care to help. Driver claimed there was a PIN code but we 100% confirmed there was none. Driver left and wouldn’t give us our order. Rappi is a crooked company. DO NOT USE!

I was charged by Pro Rappi Peru last and this month when I haven't even been in Peru for 2 years.
I blocked the first payment with my bank and they still charged me through another Rappi collection account.
I now deleted my account.
Formal Complaint – Undelivered Order in Peru
I was a loyal Rappi customer for over four years while living in Colombia, and I was always impressed by the service, efficiency, and variety the platform offered.
Less than a week ago, I arrived in Peru and placed a simple order, asking for it to be delivered to my building’s front desk — a very common practice. To my surprise, Rappi kept both my money and my products, claiming there was no one available to receive the order, even though that was clearly not the case.
They never solved the issue, nor did they offer a refund or even the option to pay for a new delivery. I found this response extremely disrespectful and abusive, especially toward someone who has relied on Rappi almost daily for years.
Rappi is a Nightmare!!

Wow! So in addition to not delivering my food and then charging me for not delivering it on 7/7, I see they also did the following:
1. charge me for a cancelled order!!! (theft)
2. signed me up for Rappi Pro without my consent w/ recurring charges (theft)
3. charge my account double (theft)
4. more unaccounted for, random charges (theft)
How do these criminals still have a business? Do not use this app!! You will be sorry!! Rappi is the WORST!! Crooks!
I was robbed
I was robbed, I paid for a bottle of brandy for my best friend. My friend has a camera system and they never get the bottle to his home. However, they say they were there, and placed a pic of ticket instead of the house or the bottle. There is no way to talk to anyone because it is a virtual assistant that just answer nonsense. I was scammed, and not only that they charged me more of the price plus shipping. I feel so disappointed to these thieves!
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
I used some credits I had to buy some products, but they charged my credit card, and took my credits anyway. When I when to their customer service chat, it turns out the chatbot was a DISASTER!!!!! didn't have any options to describe my issue. I used EVERY source to reach out to a service rep, and when I finally chat with one of them, they closed the chat without any explanation about my issue. Is a lesson for me - DONT USE IT, IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I made an order - waited 2 1/2 hours for the food then it said it was delivered but I never received it. I then tried to get a refund on the app and received awful customer service on multiple occasions and still trying to get a refund. Avoid at all costs- complete scam!
