Good quality but some colours my be brighter than expected.
Good quality but returned one pair of trousers because colour was not as expected. Replacement pair are fine. I paid extra for fastest delivery which was a waste of money due to Christmas delays.

Review of Tufferman
I would have scored 5 stars - however!
I would have scored 5 stars had all the required parts been included. My shelving pack was supplied to be installed as two low units thereby requiring 8 plastic feet but only four were included. Fortunately Previous deliveries had left me with surplus feet but more care needs to be taken to avoid this happening.
The other two bays of shelving were supplied perfectly as usual so I am very happy to recommend this product and Tufferman.

The web site is terrible
The web site is terrible. If an item is available for collection all works as it should. However if I ordered two items one of which was to be available for next day collection and this morning I have received an e-mail from their delivery contractor informing me that they have my parcel so what is going on - shambolic!

Eventually a Good Outcome
Following my first contact I sent a dimensioned drawing detailing that I needed a seal that would fit in to a 7mm wide grove. The sample received in return was not for a 7mm groove however two samples later I now have a suitable seal so all is finally well but it would have saved time and trouble if the drawing I sent at the outset had not been ignored

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
In our original email to you we had explained that we unfortunately didn't have anything identical to your existing seal that you were looking to replace. Luckily we had been asked for the same seal previously and based on previous customers experience we recommended that you order a sample of BIF031.
Although this is 1mm wider than your existing seal, this suggestion was based on previous customers feedback to us, some of whom had said that it was a suitable replacement for the seal that you were looking to replace. Based on this knowledge we advised you to order a sample which unfortunately didn't fit. I can assure you that we did not ignore your drawing, had we ignored your drawing we would not have known what seal it was that you were looking to replace.
I'm glad to hear that you eventually found a suitable replacement, we have made a note of it on our system so that we can advise future customers facing a similar problem. We will try to make it clearer that it's not a concrete guarantee that it will work as a replacement and just that some previous customers have reported some success using this seal as a replacement for your original seal.

Excellent quick delivery. Not so good was that two small items were contained in a large box that was more than ten times bigger than it needed to be!
