This was a repair to a front bumper after hitting debris in the road.
The engineer arrived exactly as planned, worked efficiently while I was on calls and the work was completed to a high standard in about 90 minutes.

The instruction was to leave at the front door if nobody was home. We were here but nobody called at the front door and parcel was left by a side door. I only knew parcel was here when I received the email and went to look for it.
It was however undamaged and arrived on time

Dyson WhatsApp service support was shambolic.

Dyson have introduced a WhatsApp way of communicating with service teams which they advise as an alternative to sitting in a phone queue. It was shambolic. They tried to sell me a new device instead of advising on a repair when the device I have a problem with is only just out of warranty. I gave up after three days of speaking to numerous advisers and bought a replacement part on line. That was easy and arrived on time (which is why this isn't 1 Star) but hasn't completely solved the problem.

Not a difficult task but accomplished without hassle. Useful prompt to order repeat prescriptions and received exactly on time.

Confused order

Ultimately I received what was ordered in time but Echo chose to confuse me, my GP and I think themselves by ordering part (but only part) of a prescription earlier than was required and with no request from me, with the result that when I requested the full prescription the order couldn't be fulfilled.

Purchased a Bristan diverter valve…

Purchased a Bristan diverter valve which was out of stock everywhere for months but some other sites wrongly showed it was for sale. This company was quick to respond when finally back in stock, delivered quickly and at a good price.
