I have a Kudos folding bath screen and needed to repair some of the hinges. Although I did not buy direct from Kudos they were extremely helpful in supplying replacements parts FOC without question. From start to finish my query was dealt with in less than 24 hours. I am extremely grateful for their help and very impressed with customer service.

I purchased a laptop from another company with a similar name who I then could not contact for help. Although I contacted Pablo by mistake he very kindly offered to help me and then spent a good 20 minutes talking me through the issue and resolving it.
