Review of Swift Direct Blinds
I ordered 4 blinds. 3 of them fit perfectly. 1 doesn't. I have double-checked the size I ordered. But what I received is wrong. I have even paid for the size guarantee insurance. Also, the chain doesn't function to turn the blinds. There is a post-sale customer contact telephone number which is 0370 218 7042. I have been trying on this number to get some help since last week with no luck. I am not sure if the number is even valid. It just keeps ringing. Very frustrating. Not sure how to contact someone to get this resolved.
