Service ++

Not only is the service great (which it is), the customer service is really what puts Hola over the top for me. In the many years I've been a customer, only one or two times have I needed their help, but when that's happened it is a dream. So helpful and efficient. Just what you want when there's a tech or money issue. Thanks Hola!

Not sure what I was paying for...

The booking process itself was quite confusing and I was asked to pay for the benefit of 'customer service' twice and I'm still not sure what I paid for each time. Then when I spoke to someone about the 'prime membership free trial' that I accidentally signed up for (this part of the booking process was also confusing), I was told that I wasn't a prime member yet so that's why I wasn't seeing the discounts they were promising me if I became a member. It all feels really scammy to me and I'm not sure I'll be using eDreams again.

Is my booking complete??

It makes me nervous that I needed to confirm that my booking was complete. Shouldn't Prestigia already KNOW my booking is complete??? Does that mean there's a chance my booking isn't complete? Now I'm nervous about using this site.

If only all healthcare experiences were like this...

Everything about this tele-health process was professional, well organized, loving and respectful. I was impressed with how well it all ran. Mainstream medicine could learn a lot from the Cannacare team!!!
