received ordered items very quickly. small problem with 1 item damaged in transit, which was satisfactorly resolved with one email. delighted with service, speed and care by customer service. Would use again, with no hesitation!!

conned with travel card

when i applied for foreign currency i assumed it would come as banknote cash as it always has done with other exchange companies which i have used in the past. giving it out on a travel card was no use whatsoever when i tried to get a taxi at midnight! Wont be using this organisation again!

frozen seafood food was totally thawed…

frozen seafood food was totally thawed on receipt and fresh product was 2 months out of date (printed use by date).
Have 7 times tried to phone - 6 no answer and voicemail full, 1 to be diverted to mobile (answered by 'grahame' who said company was closed for public holiday - and that someone would call back first thing tomorrow. no call and no response to 2 emails

Conmen???

Used google to ask about possible problems with a 5 year old Indesit freezer which had unexpectedly stopped working. Just Answer claimed to be able to assist - with supposedly 5 'experts' on-line at that time, with typical response time of 8 minutes. No mention of any charges whatsoever. Typed in my problem, only to be asked to pay a fee for join membership, on a trial basis, for £5. Paid reluctantly! 10 minutes later received an email informing me that I would be being charged £30 per month on an on-going basis for membership of this service. No feedback on my problem! Realising that I was now effectively being conned I immediately cancelled membership - having been a so-called member for around 30 minutes, certainly less than 1 hour. Shortly afterwards received confirmation of cancelled 'membership' by email from Just Answer. Imagine my surprise when, on checking my credit card account the following morning, I discovered that both the £5 'trial' fee and a further £30 had been charged to my card. On contacting Customer Services I was informed that since my cancellation request was made after the 'trial' period had expired (after less than 1 hour since first making contact with this company of clowns and conmen) the charge would stand. The agent then claimed that the chat had finished - and hung up on me! AVOID THIS CROWD AT ALL COSTS!!!
