Very long waiting time to get hold of customer service but once you get them they are very helpful

I boiled down my search for a good driving school to Go Flex because of 3 mean reasons:
1. Transparent website
2. Good reviews from my friends
3. Training videos posted online

And never for one moment it disappointed me. From Thwory to practicals I had the opportunity to learn from the best. They are committed and dedicated people. Dedicated to being success to you.

Shawn has played a crucial role in drilling down the theory and concepts through rigorous sessions. While Aatif is an instructor par excellence. He is patient, kind and most importantly Jees track of your weaknesses and strengths. Aatif’s guidance has been crucial in learning from my mistakes coz he pushes you until you yourself feel confident.
Both Shawn and Aatif have played a crucial role in ensuring that I cleared both Theory and Practicals in first attempt.

I definitely recommend Go flex a 100% ..

Good selection of products but extremely pathetic logistics around the delivery of goods. Lacks ownership of responsibility. Stayed at home after a clear agreement on delivery on a specific date but it was missed and delivery sent on the following day. While I paid for door delivery received only delivery of 30KGS of package at the building gate. When questioned the logistics provided mentioned I cant do anything about it.

The assembled part was not done quiet well. The back saddle was tilted as compared to the mudguard. I had to spend further money to get it fixed.

The tools that came with the bike were not helpful enough. For eg. the spanner was skidding away from the bolt.

I had to spent additional money to get everything fixed as the necessary tools were missing. Overall a bit disappointed with my purchase.
