the new btty does not charge

the new btty does not charge. 0 avail, plugged in - not charging. i've tried several techniques - to no avail. last cs02 email was on 06.23. i've double checked all my folders, restored several weeks of deleted - nothing there. options: refund, new send me a new btty or tell me some technique known only to aliens. this is 2nd review. you gotta do better than this.

mixed review

website easy to use - btty arrived ahead of sked, was the correct btty. however, when inserted, failed to charge. 0 avail power, plugged in - but didn't charge. i tried several techniques to no avail. sent a message via the website's contact form on mon, 06.24 explained what i did and requested advise. as of 06.29 i've had no answer. they said they responded on the 26th. . .nope! last email from cs02 was on the 23rd. option 1 - refund. optrion 2 another btty. option 3 let's work this out - send that email again.
