Great service feel safe and you can…

Great service feel safe and you can call the pharmacist anytime to speak with them. Iv been on the journey for 3 years last year on injections and managed to loose 2 stones lost 3 the previous two years and it was tough going. Injections stopped food noice so easier to eat well and healthier started weight training last year too Care Pharmacy is well priced too so easier to continue the treatment Everyone Iv spoked too has been helpful and professional Thank you all Lyn

Nothing worth doing is easy

Having joined SN 3 years ago and lost more than 21 kgs (reduced my BMI out of obese range) on the original programme after Covid and continued to mostly eat in a mindful SN way. Stopped counting calories and focused on low carb low sugar. I mostly maintained my weight. It crept up to 87 kgs and decided to join the Wegovy programme with the same model as before.
Lost what I’d gained and now focused on healthy weight for my 5ft 8 frame
8 weeks now and I have had side effects it’s not a magic injection but the side effects are not greatly impacting my life.
Nothing worth doing is easy and have enjoyed the daily talks, the pod casts the ted talks, the support of Jen and the chat forum. Also enjoyed this improved programme.
I believe I have benefited from being on the programme before Wegovy and renewed the lessons learned from my first SN adventure
