Very poor experience
Booked an appointment to view a car. Drove 70 miles to arrive at my agreed time to be told the car was sold 4 hours prior to me arriving. No phone call, no apology just "do you want to see another car?"

I ordered a Helly Hansen Nordsjo Parka on Sunday 14th Feb. The price was the best on the internet.
Conformation and shipping e-mails followed in good time and the coat arrived today, the 17th. Fantastic service, I will use SS again. 10/10.
*Update 19/03* Received a customs charge for £64.86 from Fed Ex which included a £12 fee for collecting the money from me, making the coat more expensive than buying from the UK. Took them over a month to add the fees.
