The service is quick regards sending…

The service is quick regards sending out engineers but there is a lot not covered in the policy. Simple things such as a heating system flush

No policy can cover everything, and we do recommend all customer read through the terms of their policy during their cooling off period to ensure they're happy with everything.
A power flush is not something which is covered by any insurer unfortunately, but if you'd like is to recommend a company to complete this for you, please get in touch.

I’d give it zero stars if I could

I’d give it zero stars if I could! Ordered a chair and received a random neck pillow!!! Had one reply to initial email where they sent tracking info then they’ve ignored all emails. Lesson learnt if an offer is too good to be true then it probably is!

Parcel left on doorstep despite request to leave in safe place. Delivery said ‘left in safe place’ which it wasn’t!

We were charged over £700 by changing…

We were charged over £700 by changing our direct debit on two occasions. It was their error yet it took a huge amount of time and effort on our part to rectify this. It happened more than once which makes it worse.

Great customer service

There was a young lad who greeted us as we arrived called Zak. He checked allergy status and then brought my toddler some doughnut bite to try. He then constantly checked on us to be sure our experience was a good one.

Sick and tired of parcels being left…

Sick and tired of parcels being left fully exposed to anyone by front door!! Always says it’s been ‘left in porch’. I don’t even have a porch!!! There are plenty of secure places it could be left and other delivery companies seem to manage not to ‘dump’ parcels by my front door!
