When I called through to place my order the operator tried to sell me some promotion which would only cost me 99p and include offers and a magazine. I explained that I had already had this in the past and that i didn’t want it. He tried to sell it to me again and said all I have to do is call up and cancel, I told him I’m not interested, it will cost me 99p p&p plus the hassle of cancelling something I don’t want, he continued to try and sell this to me a total of 5 times! I said am I allowed to say no? At what point will he accept I’ve very nicely said NO! I get he has to make a sale but this is too much, it’s not how you treat customers.

The scent of the wax melts are lovely, and very much as I expected them to be. The only issue I had was the scent didn’t last. I burned mine for around 3 hours then relit the next day and there wasn’t much scent left. It’s a shame as I buy other branded ones which work out cheaper and the smell lasts longer. The ordering process and delivery was great, I got notifications to let me know where my order is and when to expect it, it arrived on time, I would buy from this company again, just not the wax melts
