my first ROLEX

looking for a Rolex yacht master is been one year ago , so lucky that Preston wilmslow make my dream come true ,one of the lovely sales lady, her name ELLIE EDWARDS book me a appointment to feel for the watch, waI'msn't expect I can purchase anything ,Ellie make my day!!!success purchased my first Rolex watch!! Ellie was so friendly and service has been fantastic!

I place my order been 14day ,is haven dispatch yet,look for customer service also no reply ,before is use to fast and quick !now is so unacceptable WHAT HAPPEN!

Automatic renew insurance,don’t have any notice ,after find out u still need £20 to cancelled the insurance !money hungry !!!what a company !

I am sorry to hear this. When a policy is purchased with us, it is automatically entered for automatic renewal, which is stated in your policy documents. This means your policy will auto renew unless you tell us otherwise. We send out our renewal invites 28 days prior to your renewal date via your preferred delivery method. There's no fee to cancel within the cooling off period, however, the £20.00 setup fee charged is non-refundable and chargeable. All our fees are stated prior to purchase and are in our terms and conditions.
