I am sorry to hear this. When a policy is purchased with us, it is automatically entered for automatic renewal, which is stated in your policy documents. This means your policy will auto renew unless you tell us otherwise. We send out our renewal invites 28 days prior to your renewal date via your preferred delivery method. There's no fee to cancel within the cooling off period, however, the £20.00 setup fee charged is non-refundable and chargeable.
