Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company. Unable to speak to a British person when you have a complaint. The person to whom I spoke after a long wait on hold could not speak English properly and seemed to be in an echo chamber.
Totally useless company.

Very difficult to get a straight answer…

Very difficult to get a straight answer when there is a problem. They seem unable or unwilling to sort out issues and want to pass the buck where possible. The latest issue is over the weight of the parcel which we had measured and they now have as 7.1 kg over the limit!!!!!!
