Apalling service

I refused to clink on a link in an external email to update account information that had no reply address.
I sent a complaint in to Complaints depart and a couple of days later they froze my account.
This was back in December 23.
I received a notice of account closure, but two months later I still have received no contact, despite having phoned several times in an attempt to recover my funds still sat there.
Appalling service and not a company that can be used to entrust Business funds with
