Absolutely great. Followed the packing instructions so there were no hitches. Bag pickup was smooth, tracking was easy and reliable and my bag was delivered exactly within the time it was said it would be. Loved it and will definitely use again when traveling to the US.

Wasn’t sure how legit this would be but took a chance and am glad I did. The mugs do look like who I wanted them to. They came a lot faster than I expected and in time for Father’s Day exactly as I was hoping. Nice little gift.

My first box came within a week, that was back in July. August box showed up AFTER the September box but at least I was up to date. My October box I was forewarned that it would take longer. November and December I got platitude emails telling me they were having distribution issues. I work in retail so I was understanding. I’ve had no news from them since December, even if I emailed asking for an update early January as to the whereabouts of my three missing boxes that are paid for. Today I get an email asking me to...get ready for it... resubscribe!! Really disappointed in this company. The mandate and credo were awesome but they clearly are not set up for the level of demand they received. If they would at least offer to chose a new month that would be something but there isn’t even an attempt to rectify or appease the disappointed consumers. Sadly I can’t recommend them until they manage to find a way to catch up with all their backlog and make things right with their clients.
