Ordered before 2pm Friday & it was delivered by 11am the following day. I was kept up to date with its journey & advised when it was delivered (was delivered to a colleague at an address other than where it was ordered from). The contents were in great condition & tasted amazing.
It was a great choice of gift.

Absolute shambles. No fault claim on my part, yet I have been charged double for my car insurance premium since renewal. They have not once called me to update me with my claim, I’ve had to call them each time. They ‘omitted’ to open the evidence I sent them within the 14 day deadline meaning I had to resend all items taking a further 4 hours of my time. They have now passed my claim to solicitors as they could not get anywhere with the 3rd party. I have found out today from the solicitors that not only did Saga not send the solicitors the photos of the 3rd party that I provided to them, but the piece of evidence that shows the incident taking place and the 3rd party reversing into my car, they too have not passed on. I have been paying for a shoddy service. I have put in a complaint to them more than 8 weeks ago, still waiting for an outcome. Meanwhile, what should have been a straight forward no fault claim on my behalf with CCTV footage as evidence 8 months ago, has turned into an unresolved no further forward ‘saga’ literally. I will never use this company again.

Review of Drivefly
So my experience is from June-July 2017. I left my car with Drive Fly at Heathrow Airport (don't usually fly from here). Prior to leaving, the guy at Drive Fly examined my car with me (inside and out) and we agreed any marks (none) seen on the car on the documentation which we both signed. On arrival back, I waited about 25 minutes until somebody arrived with my car. I examined it before leaving and found damage to the back and bumper. I raised this with the guy who said the correct pathway is to email this particular email address on arrival home. I documented on the paperwork where the damage was, took a photo of my car and the guy prior to leaving the car park. On arrival home, I made several attempts to email, phone, each time the phone was either disconnected mid call, was not answered or they said they would get somebody to call me back or my emails were not answered. Eventually I was able to communicate with somebody at 'head office' and reported the incident with my car, the outcome was that Drive Fly were not responsible and 'how could my car be checked properly at night in the car park on arrival back!!'. The car park was well lit and not dark. It took me several months but I persisted with them. They insisted on taking no responsibility so I had to get Trading Standards involved. They were brilliant. I drafted a letter on their advice with particular information in it. Eventually Drive Fly admitted liability but would only repair my car if I took it to a garage near Heathrow (which is about 90 miles from my home). I obvious did not accept this. I suggested they either pay my mileage there and back and for a hotel for however long the repair took OR they could send a loader to collect my car and return and provide me with a courtesy car in the meantime OR I could get a quote locally and they could pay for the repair. Initially they wanted to collect the car but not return it, not offer any recompense for whilst I would be without my car. Again I obviously declined this and eventually they agreed to pay for the full amount of the repair but I insisted they pay it to the repairing garage prior to the work being carried out. My car was eventually repaired but it took 4 months of stress to sort this out. I would never ever use them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Delivered before expected delivery date but I was advised of this by Yodel. Online parcel tracking absolutely accurate. Parcel intact on arrival. Very polite delivery driver who greeted me with a smile and ‘you’re welcome’ when I thanked him for my parcel.
