I had been very badly let down a number…

I had been very badly let down by a number of very well known and TV Advertised companies, starting with the original installers of my new kitchen roof and subsequent repair outfits ! Ultimately Tyneside Home Improvements were appointed by the insurers ... this was a Godsend. From start to finish the team made good the very bad workmanship, design and integrity of the structure. The finish of the associated works was to a very high standard and carried out at all stages by a very skilled team of workers. The site was left clean and tidy and works carried out to my entire satisfaction. Additionally, their Customer Care was excellent and at all times were very sincere in their approach.
I would certainly recommend THI to anyone..... well done all.

Be careful when promised by Jet2 ground…

Be careful when promised by Jet2 ground staff that any expense incurred iro of taxi etc resulting from flight diversion will be reimbursed. On a flight back from Palma to Newcastle recently we were not only delayed by 5hrs but were diverted to Manchester ! My wife and I were offered a taxi by ground staff at Manchester airport and it was clearly stated that Jet2 would reimburse the cost of the same. Ultimately they refused. You must not believe anything they say !! Jet2 only want you off their patch and don't care how much it costs you. After twenty years and thirty or so holidays we will never use Jet2 again .... just can't trust them...

Generally poor workmanship

Generally poor workmanship, carried by sub contract labour. Also expensive and unorganised. They do NOT deliver what is promised on the tin 😒
