Groom Room - Bury St Edmunds. Took our little cockapoo for a trim, she came back so short you can see her skin through her fur and she looks like a whippet. Was told that she was covered in matts, which she most definitely wasn't. Seems they can't differentiate between a curly coat and a matted coat.
We first took both of our cockapoos as an emergency between Christmas and New Year, having collected them Christmas Eve, they were full of matts, so we know the difference between matts and curls, and expected them to be short that time. I have complained but as expected the groomer was backed up and I was as good as told to suck it up!
Also charged for a medium dog whereas was charged for a small dog in December ( she only weighs 7.5kg!) They had an excuse for that as well.
Will never take our dogs there again. Shame the option of uploading a pic isn't available, she looks ridiculous, poor little girly.

Have been using these for probably around 3 years now and never had a problem until now. Ordered as usual just over a week ago and not had delivery still showing as waiting to be despatched. Had the usual email to say we'll be in touch in 48 hrs but nothing. Last 2 months has taken over a week for delivery and was told there had been supply issues. Think I need to contact my credit card company for a charge back as not got a good feeling about this having read other recent reviews. Have ordered elsewhere this evening on a carrier for tomorrow delivery as Royal Mail on strike.

Cannot fault these guys in any way at all. This is the purest CBD content you will find anywhere and very reasonably priced considering the level of CBD compared to other companies We're so lucky to be very local to them with their shop in our nearest town of Bury St Edmunds, or online purchases arrive within just a few days. I'm 8 weeks into my CBD journey and the change is amazing. Superb product from a company that grows, produces and manages it all from start to finish. Excellent 👌.

Do not even consider booking with this company. Following the first lockdown our holiday in May 2020 was cancelled. They still had the cheek to automatically take the balance and it took months to get a our money back which we eventually did via a charge back on our credit card. They unlawfully have refused to refund hundreds (at least) customers saying they need to rebook but at new pricing, which is the same response we got. Emails are rarely answered and when they are, they don't answer the questions that have been asked. If it meant never going on holiday again or use Sykes, I'd rather stay home.
