This is the fourth carpet that I have bought from Designer Carpets. The range of fantastic colours and excellent service is why I will keep buying them!

Another beautiful carpet - my third one that I’ve purchased from Designer Carpet. Top quality at a great discount which has enabled me to get my hall, stairs and landing carpeted in a much better quality carpet in a fabulous colour than I had previously budgeted for. I will never shop anywhere else now I’ve discovered this company, they are so good, I highly recommend them.

This was my second carpet that I purchased from Designer Carpets. I bought one earlier in the year for my living room which I loved so I bought another one for one of the bedrooms. Delivery and customer service are excellent.
The carpets are top quality at a fraction of the price. As I have recently moved house I will probably buy more as I decorate more rooms!

I couldn’t get on the app so I sent an email. I got a phone call straight away from Sam and he explained my problem and asked if he could do my transaction over the phone. Everything was sorted and my transaction was done straight away and I received an acknowledgment email as well as a verbal response. I will definitely ring next time as i preferred the personal interaction rather than the app.

Very good communication, I emailed a question about the carpet I was interested in and I received a reply straight away. They sent me pictures of the carpet so I could get a good look at the colour and quality before purchasing it.

The Hermes delivery man is always pleasant and polite and we have a bit of a joke as he’s been coming more often since lockdown!
It’s always well organised with a text message to tell you when the parcel will be delivered and giving you the option of changing the time if it’s inconvenient.
