I like the app a lot BUT

I like the app a lot and it really helps me control my diet.
I do not like the two tear charging system. My son pays half what they are trying to charge me, I'll just stick to the free version.

Returns procedure let's the company down greatly

Ordering discount and delivery were very good or went very smoothly.

I ordered the Natural Latex Washable Wool Pillow it had a very good write-up and I thought it would suit my needs perfectly.

I found it very hard to get comfortable on it like it was too hard for me I'd wake in the middle of the night with a stiff neck and for the first hour before I morning I had a bit of a headache I tried it three nights with the same outcome so realised it was not for me.

The return procedure is horrendous supposedly you have a return slip and the postage slip in the box it came with I did not I only had a pre-printed question return slip on phoning up the girl was very rude as though I didn't know what I was talking about and said it's in the box and that was the end of the conversation.
I tried to return it via the suggestion on the piece of paper that was in the box but it took me to a delivery company's website and regardless what I tried I could not get a return posted slip. I found them again and the girls said no that paperwork is not been in the box for some time you going to our website and click the return button on the right which is not that obvious, it was still quite a challenge to work through because it asked me order number which was not on the paperwork that came to product so I had to telephone again to get the order number which eventually I found was on the ray first email but of course with spam and the like that was a long way down my email list when I finally did get it printed off the nearest place from me to take it was a round trip of 16 miles.

I have ordered the wool deluxe pillow in the hope I can customise it to my needs by taking out the wall and required time will tell.

Overall a good system just seriously let down by the return procedure which I think most people in their 70s will struggle with as it's not straightforward as it could be all they have to do is have the return label in the box that you fill out and the return post is label which you stick on the box it'll be so much easier but then maybe that's the whole point I almost gave up and thought I just threw it on top of the wardrobe but then thought why should I it's £79

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your latex pillow. It is great that you found the ordering easy and that you were happy also with the delivery. I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with your pillow and that the returns process has not been smooth for you. I am sorry to hear that you were not given a returns form this is really strange as every order one is supposed to be put in the packaging to make it easy to return. In regards to the return shop being a drive away I do apologise for this we use dhl as there are lots of dhl drop off points around and we usually find that there is one that is local for most of our customers. Finally in regards to the deluxe pillow you will be able to adjust the tension to create your perfect pillow. Thank you so much for your review and feedback this is very valuable.

Genuine product but

Genuine product but for stars as filter was cracked along the top in one place and crushed on the left in one place.

Thank you for the response and offer to swap out. The product worker fine do no need to waste energy dealing it, just thought you should know as maybe the packaging need to be a bit more robust.

Very friendly and helpful

Very friendly and helpful. Fine on first purchase second pair of glasses has so far takenthree attempts to get my glasses right.

We are sorry to hear of the issues with your order. Upon viewing your account, we can see your order was placed on the 30/09 for two pairs of computer work glasses. As there was no intermediate addition on your original prescription, this was calculated using your age and working distance by our Dispensing Opticians. These were then returned to us as seemed too strong for you.

We then replaced these with a weaker intermediate addition for you. Sadly, this was missed off one pair of the replacement glasses. We are deeply sorry for this. We can see you have spoken to one of our agents today (14/11) and we have processed an advance replacement for this pair.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I was very cautious about buying a…

I was very cautious about buying a video editing suite from this company as I've never heard of them and was not sure if it was genuine. I did a search of the Internet and found only positive comments about them so took the chance. The price I paid was below 50% of the retail price, the code arrived within seconds and worked on first attempt so I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the purchase.

It is now two weeks later and the product is still working fine could not be happier.
