Website is easy to navigate

Website is easy to navigate, but there is a lack of information on some items. I was interested in a bedding set that gave no info on if it was washable. Furniture lacks info on drawer glides and hinges and joints.

My order has been wrong numerous times

My order has been wrong numerous times. It seems that the ordering staff do not have easy access to change anything unless the customer can provide the exact product number. And there is no online catalog with detailed pictures and descriptions for customers to see what is available out there. The ordering staff are not knowledgeable about product alternatives.
