The online ordering is system is efficient however companies show how good they are when something goes wrong. We had to change the date of our trip. The response times were amazing. Tickets changed with no issues and so quickly. Responses to emails were almost immediate.

Quick and easy to obtain quote, paid a small supplement to reduce the excess from the automatic £500 to £100. Quick to activate. Luckily didn’t have to test the claims process which of course would be the best judge.

Clean store, plenty of room around displays, mirrors in ladies section for trying on coats and cardio in the shop. Staff moving the checkout queue efficiently. Trolley available. Good selection of ladies clothes for those of us who think we are younger than we really are. Designed for non-teenage bodies. Good value for money. Bought all the things I went for and some I didn’t.
None of the items ordered were suitable, had to pay postage and return postage. No option to pick up locally and no local store

If we were to introduce free returns, as some mail order companies do, we would have to absorb the costs into our prices and the vast majority of our customers who rarely return goods would be hardest hit.
However, we are not complacent and constantly strive to provide more detailed product information online at cottontraders.com and in our catalogue, so that customers can make the correct choice first time.
We try to be upfront and honest about all our company policies and include information on our returns policy in all our catalogues, on the dispatch note inside the parcel and on our website.
I’m sorry if this was not made clear. On this occasion I have refunded your returns and outgoing postage – this will show on your statement within 5 working days.
Purchased a Shark vacuum from the website. The service was as you would expect, regular order delivery updates and delivered in good condition on time. However the product itself, no fault of Oldrids, is a disappointment, It is very heavy to use and difficult to release the main handle. To Sharks credit, we are currently in email discussion over this directly with Shark, following the registration of the warranty and review although they are naturally taking longer as it is the holiday period which is only to be expected at this time of year.
