They just failed to find my address for the sixth time in a row! I have tried everything from providing them a map to putting up signs for directions! Their customer service never passes on the information you provide so the same mistake is repeated over and over! There are 12 businesses in our area, but apparently none of their drivers speak English, so they can't ask for directions! If your order is assigned to "YANWEN," cancel it! And tell the seller that they are incapable of delivering an order!
UPDATE: They just claimed "wrong address" for the nineth consecutive time! I had just received another order from a company called "UNI UNI!" The driver reported "no problems! YANWEN "IS" apparently a scam which will "rip off" your order!

TEMU has recently taken a "dive" in service just like it's former competition "WISH." Rising costs have forced them to turn to unreliable delivery sources! One of these, YANWEN, hires drivers that cannot read or understand English! They have recently been unable to deliver 'six' orders in a row to my address! And they cannot contact you on the phone because they don't understand English! Because of this another source of low price products will soon be gone!

They got the job to deliver my rare "one of a kind" painting and completely blew it! They left it at the wrong address and sent me a picture verifying this, along with a fake signature obviously by their driver!
UPDATE: Due to my TRUST PILOT review, DHL located the driver involved, and luckily the package was still at the wrong location. So TRUST PILOT works!

I've always approached Goodwill Industries when it came to donating items. But no more! I offered them my 18' runabout with an I/O motor and trailer. Value, $1500-$2500. They were excited and put me thru a long process to verify it's condition and valid registration! I followed evey request, and they finally said they'd take it, and "thanks for your donation." I just got a callback from them saying "I'm sorry, but your donation is not of value to us!" From " we'll take anything" from to" "No value to us!" I'll never donate another thing to them!

Wow! I would not have used them if I knew their reviews were this bad! In my case they caused me considerable economic chaos two years in a row! Both times they got me to pay for the service even though they had not even received my forms! Only months later, when I didn't receive my refunds, did I learn this! During this time my account indicated that my refund was "on the way!" Do not use "Intuit" TurboTax! They are a "ponzi" scheme!

I spent two days trying to work out the terminal mistake this company made! Turns out that when they sent my "Amazon" gift card, the "view your gift card" link was missing. Either they forgot it, or it disappeared in transit! But then they gave me the "runaround" for two day's. They "refused to give me the code even though I sent them a "screenshot " of their email! Then they accused me of being "reckless" with my security! Finally, I contacted the gift card merchant, and they immediately got me my code. And it worked! Never take a gift card processed by this company. They are "incompetent!" And on other sites they have * (one) star!

The service itself is great. But the company itself appears to have shady business practices. I signed up for one month free and cancelled several days early. Despite this fact they claimed I never cancelled and charged me $40. I tried to cancel online again and it would not work! I have sent complaint to BBB but wanted to warn others about this business practice.

Worst customer service on the planet! They sent me a phony fraud alert and then disabled my debit card. I have been trying to re-access my account for two days! Talked to a dozen agents whose advice did nothing! Then they make you wait a week to get a new credit card. Till then you're SOL! Stay, stay away from this bank!!!

I tried to order one of three items I had placed in my cart. Wish processed and charged me for all three. I realized the mistake after checking my bank account and immediately tried to cancel the order. Wish used a common excuse which is "it is too late to cancel." Usually the order hasn't even been processed yet! Beware of this companies business practices. They are good at refunds for faulty products but won't allow you to cancel orders in a timely manner!

I tried to cancel an order but Wish said it was already being processed. Two days later I received notice that it was being processed. Obviously Wish had plenty of time to cancel but used an excuse to avoid it.
